The beauty we are speaking is the beauty that shines from within through the eyes. This beauty comes with love of self and a strong connection with Source. Beauty and pleasure will increase in your life when you do the things that give you joy. Notice that what you think about may change life for good or not. And the greatest choice in life is to love without condition, for love is the finest of all adventures.

Do not be hard on yourself when you find you are returning to old behaviors. Be gentle and congratulate yourself on all you have already achieved. You may want to journal your experiences so you can see how far you have come.
