Spiritual Essences are a gift from Prime Source given to us so that we may more easily transform our lives. They are a very special form of hands on evolution.

Usage of essences: Ask God and your guides to be present with you when you are working by yourself. This heightens the energetic's considerably.

We recommend that you begin working with "Release" & follow it with whatever essence you are drawn to.

Always state your "choice" as you place the drops in your left palm. Each essence recommends choice in the directions printed on the bottle. To "choose" is to manifest! Never you want or need, rather have "I chose".

We have found that these essences are far more
direct when placed on the left palm which is your
receptive hand and side of your body. The
right hand is your controlling hand. Therefore you
establish a direct connection with change and
growth in your left creative brain center when you
accept the essence in your left palm.

4. Place palms with essence over eyes and nose.
This directly connects the essence to the brain
synapses to create both a subtle and powerful change
in perception and awareness of your connection with
Source - God!

Please use "Release" first when working with the essences. This clears you to have a greater response and learning. Whatever is holding us back is more readily addressed when we are announcing to our physical (cellular level) that we are choosing to release and change and grow. As you move further in your evolution you may not find it necessary to use "Release" first.

Bathe away stress and pain with 3 drops of "Limitless Love #2" in bath water or sauna - remember to cover sauna or sun light will diminish potency, or you may add more drops when next using sauna.

Elixir - An elixir is created when you use 3 essences one after the other. An elixir is 8 times more powerful. Do remember that one alone may give you the more subtle results & can be used through your day with ease. You would want to sit quietly for an elixir.

Appreciation - Use "Release" first follow with "Appreciation" and complete with "Self Love".

Awaken - Use "Release" first, then "Awaken" followed by "Trust" if you are beginning a path to open your third eye. Or follow "Awaken with "Vibrational Clarity" if you are choosing to instill greater awareness of your ability to evolve into higher dimensions while remaining stable in third dimension perception.

Becoming All I Can Be - Use "Release" first followed by this essence and complete with "Joy Light Love & Laughter".

Clarity - Is an essence that may be used with any other essence & is wonderful by itself through your day.

Higher Consciousness - is used when we become aware that we are seeking a higher connection with our Divinity. Use "Higher Consciousness" then "Enlightenment" followed by "Peace".

Enlightenment - This requires your moving into truth and knowing without any illusions & living in "Trust", requiring that you are "Awake", "Living Now" & fully connected with your God self in "Limitless Love #2". Be gentle with yourself with a strong sense of "Self Love" to ease you into "Becoming All I Can Be". Blessings!

Ecstasy - This essence represents your desire to be present in your divine flow, use it with "Joy Light Love & Laughter" as well as "Self Love", you will find yourself laughing at life's foibles.

Forgiveness - We must forgive our self to be able to forgive another. This is the most powerful exercise to healing our emotions and health. Use "Release" first then "Forgiveness" followed by "Self Love".

Freedom - Use "Freedom" followed by "Life Change" for several days, then you may want to add "Limitless Love #1.

Giving Up Allergies - Your body is your vehicle and you must tell it what you expect of it - Saying, "No Sneezing, No Allergies". Use "Release" first then "Giving up Allergies" followed by "Self Love" and in a few weeks "Limitless Love #2. Be the director of your body.

God Within - Experience the love that emanates as you choose to live your life knowing God is within you. This essence is wondrous by itself & may be used with others of your choice.

Grounding - Use "Release" choosing to give up former desires of not being present & here, then "Living Now", followed by "Grounding". Know that you must experience life as an adventure to create what you choose your life to be. Leave behind forever what doesn't work, fill each moment with "Joy Light Love & Laughter".

Intuition - This essence opens you to becoming fully clairsentient, clairvoyant, and clairaudient - all capacities that require us to "Release" former limiting ideas "Unlimited" followed by" Intuition". As your perceptions heighten use "Living Now" & Grounding.

Joy, Light, Love & Laughter - Use "Release" then "Joy Light Love & Laughter, followed by "Unlimited". Choosing is manifesting.

Kindness - Use "Self Love" first, then "Kindness" followed by "Limitless Love # 2". We must care for and love our self to be thoughtful and caring of another.

Knowledge - Use "Limitless Love #2", then "Knowledge," followed by "Transformation".

Life Change - Often viewed with stress and fear, use "Release", then "Soldier's Ease", followed by "Life Change". In a few days add "Unlimited". Blessings!

Life Force - We arrive on this planet with 11% of our soul's essence. When we experience change, fear, trauma or loss we may give up life force. So it is vital that we reconnect and return to our full life force to work and be at our peak. Use "Soldier's Ease" first, then "Life Force", followed by "Living Now".

Limitless Love #1 - Use "Release" choose to give up all former ideas of what it is to love. Should you experience inner hesitancy use "Soldiers Ease", then "Self Love", followed by "Limitless Love #1. Be gentle with yourself as you move through this work. As you begin to sense a stronger sense of loving yourself and others through your day, progress to "Beauty", "Relationship", "Transformation" & "Limitless Love #2". Blessings!

Limitless Love #2 - This essence is an extraordinary gift to all. It holds the potential of bringing you present with God's loving radiance. Use it when you are drawn to heighten your loving awareness of the great gift that your life is. Place 3 drops in your bath morning or evening to release physical and emotional stress and feel your presence with God.

Living Now - This moment "now" is the moment to be lived. Yesterday and tomorrow are illusions & dreams. "Now is your life". Do what gives you joy. Use: choose to "Release" what has been, then "Living Now" followed by "Unlimited".

Matrix - Use "Release" choosing to let go of the past, then "Matrix" choosing to open your solar plexus in a clockwise spin, followed by "Unlimited". Alternate using "Transformation" & "Trust" with "Unlimited".

Peace - Choose to "Release" what has been, then choose to live "Unlimited" in the presence of the "Peace" that passes all understanding in the presence of God.

Prosperity - Choose to "Release" all former thoughts and ideas that were illusions of what you could or could not have or create. Now use "Self Love" followed by "Prosperity". You will want to use "Transformation" with these essences in the following month, as your become aware of how you have blocked or given up your abundance. Remember abundance is more than $.

Relationship - Use "Self Love" reading the label carefully, then "Relationship", followed by "Limitless Love #2. This represents your connectedness to all life as well as others. First relate with you!

Release - This essence is the opening to your greater awareness of all that you are. You will peal away layers of debris that have clung to your conscious and physical being often without your knowing. You are then ready to move on. We recommend that this essence be used by itself or as an opening for other essences of your choice.

Self Love - It is impossible to love another if you do not love your self. Without self love you are disconnected and remain lonely even when with another. Soldier's Ease - Trauma, fear, stress & having to be constantly strong for others can leave us in inner turmoil which can lead to dis-at-ease & then disease. Use "Release" as stated on the bottle, then "Self Love", followed by "Limitless Love #2," then "Soldier's Ease. After you begin to feel more at ease use "Trust", "Appreciation", "Relationship," & "Clarity" to move more deeply into knowing self.

Trust - Choose to "Release" your former ideas of what it is to trust, then use "Trust", followed by "Vibrational Continuity". When your trust begins to deepen and grow, it is good to heighten it with greater "Self Love", "Wisdom" and "Limitless Love #2.

Unlimited - We have been coached in should and shouldn't, what to and what not to, with large helpings of can and can't do's. Hear this "You are Unlimited!" If you can think it you can do it, and more. It is when we break away from what others ideas that we are able to think and create for our self. Use "Release" choosing to clear the old illusions, then "Matrix", followed by "Transformation". Use "Vibrational Continuity" & "Becoming All I Can Be", as you clear self doubt.

Vibrational Continuity - Use "Unlimited" then "Vibrational Continuity", followed by "Transformation" & later, "Limitless Love #2.

Wellness - Our bodies are self healing when we get out of the way. Use "Release" choosing to let go of our limiting ideas, self loathing, and displeasure in life. Now use "Self Love", followed by "Trust". When you begin to experience a greater love of life, and giving up the former limitations, it is right to use "Becoming All I Can Be," "Limitless Love #1", "Peace" & "Limitless Love #2. You may be drawn to others on your own. Trust your "Intuition". Learn to eat more fresh & raw vegetables & ask God for further guidance and love.

Wisdom - We are a part of & connected to all life. As we embrace our oneness we become one with our Source / God. It is our acceptance of our oneness that opens us to our God given wisdom. Use "Peace", then "Beauty", followed by "Trust", "Joy Light Love & Laughter", "Unlimited" and "Wisdom". You will build up to "Wisdom" over months of using "Self Love" then "Limitless Love #2". Your sensing of self and desire to listen to God's voice speaking with you will become a part of your every day experience. Know that God is always loving, never judges, is ever patient with you, his/her child. When God speaks with you, you will always feel and know that you are loved without condition. Anything harsh or judgmental is not God speaking with you and is to be told to leave "NOW".

You Are Not Alone - All to often we feel alone and lonely because we have only known love that is given with limits, judgments or not at all. Use "Release" to let go of the past, then "Soldier's Ease", followed by "Self Love", then "Joy Light Love & Laughter". Work with these essences until you feel so much love for yourself that you begin to laugh easily at life, your self, and your experiences. Now use "Limitless Love # 1 & #2" with "Peace", Possibility & Prosperity". You are not alone & you are dearly loved by your creator.

Youth - We were never intended to age past 28 which is our maturity. We have bought the collective idea and illusion of aging, deteriorating & then passing on. We must stop stuffing our body with negative ideas, chemicals, stress, anger, fear, denial, & self loathing.

Use "Release" choosing to let go of the illusion of aging, then "Limitless Love #1 & #2" returning to God's radiance. When you are ready begin to use "Joy Light Love & Laughter" to increase your connection to loving life, "Awaken" & "Vibrational Continuity" moving beyond limitation.
